A 19-year-old single malt distilled at Glenrothes-Glenlivet Distillery in 1997 and matured fully in a sherry butt. Bottled in summer 2017 at cask strength (58.7% ABV) by William Cadenhead for their Sherry Cask / 175th Anniversary series with an outturn of 528 bottles.

Palate
A huge sherry influence, big and bold. Old leather, beef jerky and grape must.
Finish
Once the heavy sherry and dark fruits pass this becomes creamy with some lemon and lime highlights.
