Nose
A dessert-like bouquet with notes of Manuka honey, condensed milk, marshmallow, honeycomb ice cream, and crème brûlée. Also bright citrus, treacle, dried fruits, mocha, nutmeg, soft oak, sloe, and poached pear.
Palate
Thick and smooth with stewed orchard fruits (pears/apples), vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, and a hint of dark chocolate. Also orange peel, creamy toffee, rich raisins, baking spices, and light oak notes.
Finish
Deceptive at first, then surges with warmth, bringing nutmeg, wood spice, and lingering toffee. Also long and creamy with light spice, thick mud cake, lingering Sherry sweetness, and a prickle of white oak spice amongst red fruit notes.
