Nose
Tons of sherry, nutty, fruity, sweet but not overpowering. Caramel/butterscotch.
Palate
Creamy mouthfeel, warming, nutty sweetness and spice. Raisins, caramel and brown sugar. Tangerines?
Finish
Long - nutty, sweetness and spice. Dried fruits (raisins), some earthy bitterness paired with nutmeg and pepper at the end. Tangy. Some of the sweet aspects remind me of a rum.
