Description

A large malt distillery located on the outskirts of Keith in Speyside. The distillery has operated in service for blenders for its entire existence and was built by James Buchanan & Co and W.P. The attractive summery perfumed sweet fruity aroma of orange sherbet, freshly-squeezed orange and lemon juice, orange zest, and a spoonful of Triple sec.
Palate
Light and airy like a Pavlova with kiwi, pomegranate and mint, crisp on the outside with a creamy chewy middle. With water, a perfumed note of rosewater appeared next to the still refreshing sweet creamy notes as we indulged in a Turkish delight ice cream.
Finish
A tongue tingling lightly sparkling ginger beer.
