Nose
Barley, cigar box, cedarwood, sugar and vanilla are all apparent. Fresh vanilla and earthy malt, followed by marshmallow. Delightful aroma.
Palate
Crisp and malty, sugary and tannic with a more vanilla, toffee style. Waffles and maple syrup, black pepper, oak and a hint of tomato stem. Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish
Clean, hinting at oak in amongst the barley with cereal notes. Lingering cereal and orange. Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
