- Sweet, and not unlike poly cement, but definitely in a good, interesting way. Hints of the smell of fibreglass insulation in attics. Freshly baked poppy seed cake and honey.
- Palate
- Sweet and spicy. A very interesting, digestive biscuit flavour comes through, as does that general attic-iness. A very curious little whisky with quite a bit of golden syrup sweetness.
- Finish
- White sugar and shortbread.
