Nose
Gentle woodsmoke and damp earth. Spiced brisket smoking over the BBQ. Underripe plums, red berries, and apples. Cedar wood and cinnamon bark.
Palate
Medium mouthfeel. Terry's chocolate orange. Soft fruit, vanilla cream, gentle smoke. A savoury smoked meat note. Alcohol is well integrated.
Finish
Fruit, candied orange peel, and a touch of spice. Soft smoke lingers, like memories of the campfire.
