Nose
Aroma is very pleasant, rich and fragrant with beautifully elegant sherry, classic notes of raisins and chocolate, overtaken by fresh and bursting fruits like raspberry, red fruits, oranges, gooseberries, and guava, with a little eucalyptus and precious wood.
Palate
Lovely and mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end, intense with different layers, plenty of wood but enough fruit to compensate (orange cake, apricot, raspberries, prunes), cinnamon, nutmeg, and almonds, with hints of cough syrup but never too oaky.
Finish
Long and dry with gentle warm spice, fading very slowly on big chocolate notes and liquorice, with hints of tea.
