Nose
Tropical pineapple, melon, apricot, mango and gorgeous, dusty, mature, American oak. Hints of white chocolate, barley, lime, pear, malt and a salty minerality.
Palate
More minerally with acacia honey, crunchy honeycomb, barley and tropical fruit. The citrus and alcohol keeps the sweetness in check but the oak powers through with praline and spice.
Finish
Long and crisp with honey coated white fruits, oak, praline and drying spice.
