Description

A former Highland malt distillery that was located in Stonehaven on the east coast of Scotland. Some of its single malt was bottled under license by John Gillon & Co in the 1970s and 1980s, however it was shut down by Distillers Company in 1985 and subsequently demolished. This incredibly rare 40 year old Glenury Royal from 1970 is a limited edition release from this long closed distillery, part of Diageo's 2011 Special Releases series.
