Description

GlenWyvis is a young, cooperatively operated distillery from the Scottish Highlands, known for sustainable production and the utilization of local resources. This 2018/2024 single cask bottling was produced exclusively for the German market. It was distilled in 2018 from local barley with a long fermentation of around 96 hours and matured for five years in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. The distillation took place in small pot stills powered exclusively by renewable energy.
