GlenWyvis Single Malt Whisky 4 Year Old, Tennessee Whiskey, Oloroso Sherry & Refill Hogshead Cask, Batch No. 02/18, 2022, 46.5%

This is the second release from GlenWyvis's 2018 Highland single malt whisky, and the first 'major' bottling from the community-owned distillery. It was distilled in 2018 from local Concerto barley, which was fermented for an average of 91 hours. Maturation took place for 4 years in a combination of 60% first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels, 25% first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry hogsheads, and 15% refill Scotch whisky hogsheads. Bottled in 2022 at 46.5% ABV, this release is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
