Glover Fusion 4 Year Old, First Fill Bourbon Cask, Batch No. 5, Adelphi, 54.7%

This is the 5th Glover in the series and is a fusion of single malt whiskies from Adelphi's Ardnamurchan distillery in the Highlands, Scotland, and Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu distillery in Japan. It was aged for 4 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. The whisky is named after Thomas Blake Glover, who played a significant role in Japan's modernisation in the late 19th Century. Bottled in 2020 by independent bottler Adelphi, this small batch edition consists of 1008 bottles and is non-chill filtered.
