Description

Aged in oak barrels with Chinese brandy, a brandy made from grapes (Munag) which is unique from Xinjiang in China. This single malt whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. The Goalong brand was founded by Mr. Alan Gao, driven by his passion for whiskey and a desire to craft a spirit that reflects Chinese identity. The distillery, located in Hunan province, started in 2011 and uses innovative techniques like thermal oil heating. This specific whisky has won several awards including a 2024 ISC Gold Medal, 2024 IWSC Silver Medal, and 2024 WWA Bronze Medal.
