Goldcock Rye 4 Year Old, Bourbon Cask, 2022, 61.8%

Goldcock's first rye whisky, made in collaboration with Sladovna Bruntál. The wort, containing over 60% rye and the rest barley, was fermented for five days and then distilled twice. It matured in bourbon barrels for just under five years.
