Description

A limited edition single cask release from The Gospel under their Projects series, created in collaboration with Melbourne cocktail bar Apollo Inn. Distilled from a mash bill of 63% Mallee Rye, 31% Malted Wheat, and 6% Malted Barley, it was double barrelled for 3 years—first in New American Oak before finishing in a second-fill rye cask—and bottled at 50% ABV.
