Grace O'Malley Rum Cask Whiskey is a version of the flagship blend that's been finished in rum casks from the Caribbean. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, with age statements up to ten years, offering a balance of fruitiness, maturity, complexity, and smoothness. It is unique in Ireland for its high proportion of double-distilled (40%) and triple-distilled (6%) malt. The whiskey is matured in wet casks from Jamaican and Barbados rums, enhancing it with a rich spiciness. Overseeing every stage of the aging, finishing, and blending process is the globally acclaimed spirits expert, Master Blender Paul Caris.
