Complex, clean with notes of barley malt, vanilla, toffee, apples, pears, orange peel, banana pudding, biscuits, white pepper, hay and oak.
Palate
Slightly alcoholic, cereal flakes, vanilla, honey, banana cake, baked apples sprinkled with sugar and a pinch of pepper. Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish
Medium long, with notes of caramel, vanilla, sweet cereal, stewed fruit, oak and a pinch of pepper. Very smooth and long.
