W.D. O'Connell Tomásín Bourbon Cask is a single pot still Irish whiskey named after the company's headquarters in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford. Distilled at Great Northern Distillery in 2016, it was matured for three years and 10 months in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask, then transferred to an ex-Bill Phil peated cask for an additional 16 months. This single cask release is non-chill filtered.
