This American Rye Whiskey from Golden State Distillery is crafted with a mash bill of 60% rye, 34% corn, and 6% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of six months in new American oak casks and then finished in used French oak casks that previously held California port-style wine, imparting complexity and smoothness. It is bottled at 50% ABV.
