Bright, fresh, and zingy with notes of peppermint, melon, cucumber, green apples, sour plum, lemon grass, mint, citrus (Yuzu), pine, grassy, vanilla, and a hint of damp smoke.
Palate
Sharp, clean, and metallic, with mint, cucumber, apples, grapefruit, yuzu, lemon thyme, and a touch of smoke. It also presents notes of hard, sour stone fruits, lemon rind, vanilla, mild peat, earth, chocolate, spice, red berries, cedar wood, honey, cinnamon, and a tangy, refreshing feel.
Finish
Lingering and herbal, with subtle smoke, green fruits, and wood. It is light, delicate, and refreshing, often described with notes of green tea, damp moss, and a sweet spiciness that fades to grassy notes, earth, and mint, sometimes with a salty terminus.
