Nose. Delicate and fresh, aromas of sweet, floral malt, fresh pancakes and maple syrup, damp oak and a floral bouquet. Palate. A good helping of toasted malt, sultana and a creamy vanilla note with apple juice and a pinch of tobacco. Finish. Cloudy honey on the finish, with toasted cashew and dried apple.
