Description

A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. It is today owned by J&A Mitchell & Co who produce three single malt styles there. These are its flagship two-and-a-half times distilled Springbank, a heavily-peated malt known as Longrow, and the triple-distilled Hazelburn. This particular release is a 14-year-old Hazelburn, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023, matured in a fresh sherry cask. It was released as a 'Duty Paid Sample' for trade purposes.
