Freshly baked plum pudding with cinnamon swirl and sherry soaked black currants, sweet milk chocolate with integrated notes of vanilla icing sugar and pastry dough with just hint of potpourri spiced black tea and oak.
Palate
Syrupy mouthfeel with treacle, honey, cinnamon, raisins, sultanas, dates, pepper, sweet chili, and fig. Additional notes of dry wood, Sicilian lemon, burnt coffee, cardamom, and Christmas cake.
Finish
Exceptionally tannic (dry) with clove and cardamom injected blood orange peel that leads into aniseed and earth then a wall of rich Oloroso Sherry drenched walnuts.
