Description

Hibiki Blender's Choice is a distinguished Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, introduced in September 2018 as a non-age-statement expression. It was developed to offer a more accessible alternative to the revered Hibiki 17-Year-Old. This harmonious blend is crafted from malt and grain whiskies sourced from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, spanning a range of ages from 12 to over 30 years, with an average age of around 15 years. The whiskies are matured in a variety of casks, including American white oak, sherry, Mizunara oak, and wine casks.

Finish
Savoury oak, subtle praline, softly sweet with a slightly bitter savoury oak aftertaste, young tingling spiciness, dry, astringent, caramel from wood, honey, spice, oak tannin, and a hint of citrus zest.
