Hicks & Healey Cornish Whiskey is a single malt whiskey, distilled and matured in Cornwall. We use the finest Cornish barley, grown on our own farm, and pure Cornish spring water. Our whiskey is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in oak casks in our cellars overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The result is a smooth, rich and complex whiskey with notes of honey, vanilla and dried fruit. Enjoy neat or with a drop of water.
