Nose
Rich, complex and appealing sherry notes, dried fruits of all sorts, accompanied by rich and warm spices. Earthy, coffee and cocoa nibs. Raisin, bread spices, clove.
Palate
Full bodied, rich and deeply satisfying. Multi-layered sweetness and rich fruits of the fresh and dried variety. White sugar and demerara. Cinnamon, nutmeg and assorted nuts. Red apples, walnuts, anise.
Finish
Medium to long finish. Sense of cinnamon buns (kanelbullar) with sugar and cinnamon. Deeper sweetness, fizzy ginger and cinnamon notes.
