High Coast Mountains 02 - Borgberget is a Swedish single malt whisky from High Coast Distillery. This unpeated expression is part of the 'Mountains' series, which focuses on whiskies aged in wine barrels. Borgberget is matured in Moscatel casks, after initially being aged in Bourbon casks for approximately 4.5 years. It offers a fruity and sweet profile, with notes reminiscent of tutti-frutti, papaya, and vanilla. This release won first place in the Nordic Single Malt Whisky category at the Whisky Battle competition.
