Description

Highland Park 15 Year Old Earl Magnus Edition One is the first release in the Inga Saga Trilogy, celebrating the Viking history and Nordic heritage of Orkney. This limited edition whisky, bottled in 2009, pays homage to Earl Magnus Erlendsson, an 11th-century Orkney ruler. It is presented in a distinctive bottle designed to replicate hand-blown vessels of the 1800s, housed in an open-fronted etched oak wooden box. The whisky is a 15-year-old single malt, distilled in 1994 and earlier years, and bottled at a natural strength of 52.6% ABV. Only 5,976 bottles were released.
