Nose
Opens with honey, lime peel, and a hint of apricot. With water, the lime zest retreats, becoming sweeter with some cream.
Palate
Peppery arrival turning zesty (lime) with a bit of prickly peat. Sweeter on the second sip with more pronounced lime zest and an oily texture. With water, it becomes sweeter and spicier.
Finish
Long, with zesty, peppery notes lingering. A minerally peat note along with the pepper appears with more time.
