A 15-year-old single cask single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park distillery, bottled by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society under cask number 4.256 and titled 'A dark palette palate'. Distilled in January 2005, matured for 13 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead, and finished in a 1st fill ex-Pedro Ximénez hogshead, producing an outturn of 261 bottles.
