Description

This 12 year old single malt from the Orkney Isles Highland Park distillery was bottled especially for the Millennium in the year 2000. One of just 2000 bottles, this cask strength rare malt scored a brilliant 92 points on the WhiskyFun site and comes complete with original tube packaging. Highland Park is the largest and oldest malt whisky distillery in the Orkney archipelago, located in Kirkwall on the main island. Founded in 1798, it is today part of the holdings of the Edrington Group and its whisky is world-renowned for the unique flavour provided to it by local Orcadian peat.

Bold and creamy with liquorice, smoke, pepper, clove, zucchini flowers, chestnut honey, rubber, satay sauce, and light toffee.
Finish
Bold, creamy, and coating, mainly on liquorice, with peppery spice, woody notes, orange zest, and subtle Orkney heathered peat smoke.
