Matured in a combination of first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks, alongside refill casks, it is bottled at natural cask strength of 63.6% ABV without chill filtration, delivering an intense and authentic flavor profile. This release is the first in Highland Park's refreshed Cask Strength series, highlighting the unique heather-rich peat from Hobbister Moor.
