Description

The fourth release of Highland Park Cask Strength has been matured in a combination of European oak, first-fill sherry, ex-bourbon and ex-Port casks. It delivers an extraordinary depth, complexity and balance with notes of zesty citrus, toasted oak, vanilla, charred heather, fragrant peat smoke, juicy grapefruit, rose tea, anise, clove, and sweeter baking spices. It is bottled straight from the cask, without the addition of water to reduce alcohol content, and is non-chill filtered with natural color.
