Nose
Fresh stone fruits, creamy barley, and sweet syrup. Gently floral, with buttery oak in tow. Aromas of lychee, peach cobbler, gorse flower and buttery sweetcorn. Rich and coastal, with dried mineral notes, organic grass, smouldering wood and wet forest floors, soft vanilla and a little dry oak, and tangy fruit.
Palate
Rich, nutty malt balances poached peach with a dollop of clotted cream, whilst coastal heather and a hint of smoke linger in the background. Beachside bonfire smoke, burnt oak and hazelnut brittle. Smouldering wood, a hint of dry hay and apricot, tangy spiced vanilla and honey tones, coastal minerals and hard toffee with a hint of pink rock salt.
Finish
Roasted nuts hang around along with delicate cooked fruit and baking spice, whilst charcoal embers smoulder in the distance. Apple pie with a smoky note at the end.
