Description

The largest and oldest malt whisky distillery in the Orkney archipelago, located in Kirkwall on the main island. Founded in 1798, it is today part of the holdings of the Edrington Group and its whisky is world-renowned for the unique flavour provided to it by local Orcadian peat. This 25 year old Highland Park malt was distilled on the 26th March 1976 and bottled as part of the First Cask series from Direct Wines Ltd. Taken from unblended cask number 2008.
