Chilli against fruity sweetness.
Light smoke is present, but fruit and sweet flavours take more of the focus: mandarins, pineapple and chocolate on the nose, then honey, crème caramel and mango on the palate. The dry, sharp pear and bitter citrus finish give it a firmer edge.
Silken sweetness, well balanced.
