Nose
Tropical fruits like mango and papaya, interwoven with delicate smoke and mild black pepper. Vanilla and oak form the base, with notes of aged tea leaves, coffee cream, and a hint of cream cheese.
Palate
Oily and coats the mouth nicely. Nicely balanced with black pepper, papaya, apricot, honey, cashews, smoke, sea salt, malty and creamy notes. Fascinatingly sweet with Japanese strawberries drizzled in a balsamic vinegar reduction, and a jammy theme with forest berries.
Finish
Long, with vanilla, malty, and delicately smoky notes. Lingering red fruits and a subtle cream cheese note in the background.
