The Highland Park 25 Year Old Spring 2019 Release is a prestigious limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Orkney Islands, crafted from fewer than 20 carefully selected casks. These casks, laid down in 1994 and earlier, include sherry-seasoned European oak, first-fill Bourbon, and refill casks, hand-selected by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. Bottled at 46% ABV, this expression is known for its rich vanilla and honey fudge notes against a backdrop of smouldering Orkney peat and salty sea spray, exemplifying Highland Park's balance of heather honey sweetness, elegant sherry influence, and subtle peat.
