Nose
Fruit salad, heather honey and dried grass, citrus, anise. There's sea salt, a very light smokiness. Mint, wood, flowery smell, barley and a hint of citrus.
Palate
Peppery apple pie. Spicy, smoke to go with aniseed and salty licorice.
Finish
Latte and heather smoke. Medium finish, dominated by barley and wood and some smoke near the end.
