Nose
Delicate, with a beautiful quiet strength. Subtle and delicate. On the nose, vanilla pods are revealed in the wax of a melting candle. Organic and vegetal on a sweet land, on which we have just cut grass and caramelized. A scent in the distance brings us a little laurel. Apple/pear in pome fruit but also melon and mango on the tropical side.
Palate
null
Finish
Grapefruit peel with a tiny bitterness, floral on drier grass than on the nose and a bit of fern growing in the shade of a large tree. Small pleasant woodiness sometimes enlivened by a cold tobacco smoke escaping from the cracks.
