Hillrock Estate Distillery Solera Aged Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in New York's Hudson Valley using estate-grown grains and traditional solera aging methods. The bourbon is aged in American oak and finished in 20-year-old Oloroso sherry casks under the guidance of Master Distiller Dave Pickerell.
