Hillrock Estate Distillery, located in the Hudson Valley region of New York, is a premium American whiskey producer known for its "field-to-glass" approach, cultivating its own grains and managing every stage of production on-site. This particular expression is a Solera Aged Bourbon, a technique pioneered by Hillrock in the US, where whiskey is continuously blended in a pyramid of barrels, ensuring older and younger whiskeys mingle over time.
