HINOKAMI NEW BORN #1 is the first release of aged malt whisky from Hinokami Distillery, located in Makurazaki, Kagoshima, the southernmost distillery on Japan's main islands. The distillery, which began whisky production in 2023, aims for an 'elegant' whisky profile. This limited edition release of 3,000 bottles is a vatting of six bourbon barrel whiskies, matured for 1 year 8 months to 2 years 3 months. It is designed to showcase the distillery's potential and its pursuit of elegance.
