Hirsch Selection 13 Year Old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, lot 00-1, black wax presentation. The rye was hand bottled by Julian Van Winkle III for Henry Preiss in California using Medley rye; the 13-year bottlings were bottled at the Hoffman Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
