Nose
Bright aromas of fresh-cut cinnamon, sweet vanilla bean, dark cherry, toasted barley, and a hint of fresh grass. Nutty notes of roasted chestnuts and peanuts, clove, saddle leather, oak, sweet corn, hay, oily caramel, and soft chocolate.
Palate
Maple pecan and peanut forward with delicate notes of citrus, stone fruit, and honey. Slightly tart with earthy dark chocolate and black tea, caramel richness, vanilla sweetness, graham crackers, soft oily caramel chews, buttercream frosting, summer fruits, light fresh oak, and white peppercorn spice.
Finish
Medium-long with a slight tartness. Oak, light rye spice, whiffs of cinnamon, faint vanilla, dab of peach, lingering light heat, clean, crisp, and deeply satisfying with a cinnamon-esque warmth and soft oak.
