Description

HYDE Irish Whiskey is matured in the idyllic landscape and temperate climate of County Cork on the Wild Atlantic coast in the southwest of Ireland. The warm Atlantic current provides Cork with the perfect temperate, oceanic microclimate for the maturation of Irish HYDE whisky casks. The region has one of the mildest and most temperate climates in Western Europe. Never too hot - never too cold - just right for maturing Irish whiskey. It is a cask strength single grain Irish whiskey which was triple distilled and non-chill filtered.
