Description

Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve is a complex blended malt whisky crafted by Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu Distillery. It is a blend of malt whiskies, including those from the now-closed Hanyu distillery and Chichibu, which are then matured or finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. This process imparts unique aromas of oriental spices, sandalwood, and a refined character to the whisky. It is bottled without chill-filtration at 46.5% ABV and is part of the popular Leaf Series.
