Description

A 23-year-old single malt from the now-closed Imperial distillery, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2019. This limited edition release was matured in a single refill bourbon barrel and bottled at 45.2% ABV for The Whisky Exchange Show 2019 as part of their 'Magic of the Cask' series. Imperial distillery, located in Speyside, operated sporadically between 1897 and 1998 and was demolished in 2013. This bottling highlights the floral and fruity character for which Imperial whiskies have become popular.
