Description

Distilled at the In The Welsh Wind distillery in Cardigan, this is the first whisky release they have brought to market. Produced using locally grown grain which has been malted and distilled at the distillery, this expression was distilled in 2020 and laid down to mature for a little over three years. Initially it was matured in oak casks then was finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks before there were just 673 bottles produced at a strength of 48% abv. [8, 12]
